TKR Flexion Range extremely low

It's amazing how we of the Adhesion Club spend so much energy willing our knee to bend and then when we give up and start living, it just happens. So as your swelling gets better, you'll find your bend will continue to improve, and I bet even after your anniversary you'll see improvement. Congrats!

Thank you everyone for the good wishes. Everyone said this would happen for me but to be honest I didn't believe it in the beginning but it's all come true. If and when I need further surgery I will have a totally different attitude.

I can't believe Tomorrow will be my Knee's 1st Birthday! Its been a long haul but Im pleased to say I have little or no pain, the bending is 120 and improving all the the time. The elastic band feeling is still there but Im so use to it I barely notice anymore. I can't walk far or for very long but I really don't care.
When I first had the operation the knee swelled with any minute movement, now if I don't move it stiffens up so I bought a 'Jawbone Up24' which buzzes if I haven't moved for 30 mins.
Im limited but Im pain free and I can finally say Im glad I had the operation. I hope everyone is OK and mending fast.
My advice to any newbies is LISTEN HARD AND PRACTISE HARDER TO THE ADVICE GIVEN !!!! They so know what they're talking about xxxx
