Diane's Knee Quest finally the real deal

All of us understand the feeling of being limited for many, many years. Our future will be looking up once we get past these trials! Good times are comin'!

Aweeee :-( why cant you have dairy? Thats sad :boohoo:
The typical lactose intolerance thing for starters. I can cheat with some lactase pills and do have some on hand for "in case of emergency!" However, I noticed that dairy aggravated my eczema, so I stopped having it. I figured if it causes an inflammatory response on my eczema (thankfully just on an ankle), it can't be good for me at all.

Not gonna lie, there are times when I would die for homemade mac & cheese or a grilled cheese sandwich using havarti and sourdough :bawl:.

@dianehelen - I have the Costco version of lactaid and they work very well for stomach upset, but they don't help the eczema reaction, so I have to be good :gaah:

So when is our party? Everyone can bring one of our favorite from the four food groups. How about next year on a beach? You all can come out to NJ but I don't know how many would many would get into our warm ocean waters (in the 60s degrees range). :surfer::swim:

So when is our party?

You are all more than welcome to come to my beach house ;-). Two blocks from the beach, can easily sleep 5-7 , even more with a few more blow up beds, great places to eat, and great activities for non cripples, dolphin watch boat rides, sunset sail cruises, beaches, nature parks, just a great area. Ahhhhh wouldn't that just be a lovely dream

@dianehelen, Ok.. so I was thinking. Once we're all healed, and Marian & You have done your Beach retreat, (I wanna come too), lol, but we can have our second BoneSmartie Meet-Up at Lallybroch!!

I'd love to share some Scottish whiskey in the Frazier Dining Room with Jenny & Ian, LOL! She's a hoot, laughed on Capt. Jack Randall right on down... LOL!!

And oh.. oh.., for sure we will all take a hike down to the Mill-!! I'm half serious here.... hee-hee!!!

I think I went back to work too soon! I haven't binged watched Outlander! I though I covered all the series that I needed to see.

I still say a nice cruise in January from Ft Lauderdale to the Caribbean for a week is a great way to get some rest. It does tax your leg muscles trying to get your sea legs. :heehee:

I still plan on jumping in our Atlantic beach by the dad's cottage in NJ. I could make the rounds to everyone's beach. Maybe that can be my retirement plan.

I'm an obsession in training but you better not leave me out

No Way would we leave you out! You are IN the official OUTLANDER OBSESSED club. Are you loving it yet?

You wont be at Lollybroch for a while, but castle Leoch is pretty fascinating too. Dougal & Collum & Jamie, oh my :-)
