Sorry I guess I'm not really sure how to post or what you'RE asking. I tried to list the exercises but they still come up in paragraph form

1. pain usually2-3 but at night at times more like a 7
Okay ....
3. Moderate
Moderate swelling, being a form of pain, therefore adds about 4 points to your pain score
2. Tramadol 50 mg 2X day
Gabapentin100 mg 3X day
Celebrex 200mg 2X day
You need to take the Tramadol more often than that. I would suggest something like this chart

Gabapentin should not be taken as a routine pain med, only for nerve pain.
Stop the Celebrex because first, it is an NSAID and secondly, NSAIDs are not very efficient pain meds. You should also read these
Medications: acetaminophen (Tylenol, paracetamol) and NSAIDs, differences and dangers
NSAIDs Diclofenac. ibuprofen increase risk of heart problems: new study
4. ROM 4 degree extension 115 flexion
I am very surprised you can achieve that with 'huge' swelling?
5. Icing 2c day for 20 min
You accomplish little or nothing in 20 minutes. Ice for at least 40-60mins and more than 4 times a day.
6.elevating 2X a day for about half hour
Elevate when you ice
7. Back to work, doing all activities at home
Okay

1 session per day?
Quad set 10 x2 - since your ROM is so good, you no longer need to do these
Heel slides 10 x1 - these are also no longer necessary
Leg raise 10 x3 reps - a tip: once you can do these, you don't need to do them any more!
Sitting leg raises: 10 x30 reps - these are the same as above
Short leg arcs 10 x3 reps - same here
Squats 10 x3 reps - never do these, they cause pain

Summary
1. note that your pain score, including the number for swelling, is much higher than you thought
2. adjust your pain meds as suggested
3. adjust your icing/elevating as suggested
4. stop all exercises and PT

If you are concerned about refusing to do therapy, you need to read this Saying no to therapy - am I allowed to?

Thank you this is very helpful, especially about the meds. The Gabapentin is taken for post hepatic neuralgia prescribed 3X a day but only took 2X a day until after tkr, thought it might help with the pain. Was scared to take Tramadol more often because of it being a narcotic and the OS not wanting to prescribe it. I am stopping the Celebrex today after reading the article.

You know, Tramadol gets a lot of unwarranted bad press which is created by the many people who genuinely abuse it and buy it on the street. It's really not fair on us because it is a rattling good pain med and doesn't easily cause addiction so long as it's taken sensibly. You should take a look at the video in this article Myth busting: on getting addicted to pain meds.

Doctors being loath to prescribe it are not doing this for your benefit but because they are being leaned on by government departments like the FDA. It's really unfair on patients who have a genuine and innocent need for them.

Thanks for explaining about the Gabapentin.
