Hey there! Newbie here and I'm having an anterior TRHR tomorrow, 7/2. I've been lurking here for weeks and finally decided to join. I appreciate all of the advice and support here and I'd like to wish you all the best of luck for a speedy recovery!

Scheduled for July 16, right total hip replacement. I have already had both knees replaced. Wondering how the surgery and recovery from THR compares to TKR?

Please add me to your July list. My date is July 30, 2019 and I’m having a Right THR Posterior. My second hip!

I have an existing recovery thread from my last surgery on May 18, 2019. I guess I just keep going with that one.

Hi. I have had the call to say my surgery is 25th July. Pre-op tomorrow so all go.

Having my hip replacement on 7/19/19. I am an OR nurse and sometimes it is not a good thing to know exactly what will be happening during my surgery! The comforting aspect is I know my surgeon and his technique very well, plus I got to pick my anesthesiologist. Still very apprehensive.
