I have read the posting instructions and was able to start a thread, but I can't find the dialogue boxes for responses. I also can't figure out how to add my date and name to Judy B.'s list. I am very happy to have found this forum, just hoping to learn how to use it better!

Surgery is July 23, left knee replacement.

FYI: The area you posted in above is a dialogue box. The space directly below the last post where you can see in light gray letters "Write your reply" is where responses are typed.

Thanks for the lovely welcome, Judy B! I am trying to decide if I can come home alone after surgery or if I should ask to be sent to rehab for a few days. I'd like to hear pros and cons of both. Is there a place on this site where I could locate that information?

Hi
I'm having my RTKR on the 17th of this month at 7:30am. I think I'm more nervous than I was with the birth of my 2 kids. I'm so grateful for having this website (my darling daughter is legal counsel for the FDA and found it) I need all the help & support I could get

Hiya. I'm a new member, signed up today, Sunday July 8, 2018. TKA surgery (left knee) scheduled for Tuesday, July 10. I have patellofemoral OA, the legacy of a mountaineering mishap in 1993. My high pain threshold has kept me in the game, but a few years ago the pain and dysfunction finally forced me to seek medical help. My surgeon assures me I'll be skiing next season. I hope he's correct!

LTKR on July 17. Second time around so back here for all of the help and support!

Hi all. Going to pre-op at Hospital for Special Surgery in NY on Wednesday, July 11th. My birthday. What better way to spend it? Surgery scheduled for July 26th. Making sure to get in my last few pickleball games before that date.

Sorry. Should've mentioned it's a TKR Right Knee. Left is scheduled for Sept 13th. Good luck to all here!
