Wow... it's hard to believe tomorrow is the big day!!!

@OUCH! ~ Thank you SO much for remembering!!! I truly feel like I'm heading into that hospital with an entire sweet group of well-wishers right behind me!!!!! I check into the hospital tomorrow morning at 5:30 - I'm guessing surgery will be around 7:30! Going to go start my recovery thread so I can post as soon as I'm up to it!

@BizzyLizzy ~ I am taking all of your inspiration with me as I head off to the hospital in the dusky, pre-dawn hours!! To watch your life opening up in these first 3 weeks of recovery has been amazing - my goal is to be just like you!!!!

@Tweetybrd ~ You are so kind!!! I feel so incredibly fortunate to be going through all this with such sweet and supportive "friends" who are cheering me on, fully understanding the frustrations and pain of hip joint maladies! Thank you so much for your prayers!!!! I'll take every single one!!!!

@lizzicat ~ And a warm and heartfelt thank you to you, too! You'll soon be on the other side of this too, and it will be a joy to continue walking through the recovery period together!!!

Hey Everyone! I was diagnosed with AVN mid May, met with a surgeon early June and I am scheduled for a right THR on August 15! This website sure relieved most of my anxiety! Thanks for all the info folks!
