to the forum...a huge recovery resource for me during BTHR recovery.
Getting some reassurance and practical advice from "those who know" helped me get through the 1st tougher days, and sharing your journey is likely to help someone else too!
I am still grateful to be done with the chronic pain and decreased range of motion.
