United StatesNope it is not at all horrible. You are making great progress and you are listening to your body. "Less is more" at times, so I wouldn't think a thing about it!I do not do all their exercises between PT appointments like they want me to. It just feels like too much. I walk instead. Is that horrible?

If it feels like too much for you, it is too much. We all know that this early your knee needs rest and time to heal, not exercise. It just feels like too much
3 weeks out and bending 124 and extension 0. I hope they are not overdoing it. I am sore when I get home from PT but not in a horrible way. I asked her yesterday not to overdo it too much. I do come home and rest and ice and elevate and go to sleep. I do not do all their exercises between PT appointments like they want me to. It just feels like too much. I walk instead. Is that horrible?

United StatesFrankly I don't think the femoral nerve blocks do much of anything. My pain was controlled by oral meds, so why would I need one in the first place? So many of them either don't work or sometimes (rarely, I will admit) they cause some damage to the femoral nerve. I think you are better off without one.

You are right, they work for you, just say NO! Your ROM is great, best to leave it alone.but in my opinion if it makes you go backwards, it is not beneficial. Am I wrong??

Silver,My old knee replacement and revision are still my problem and is holding my right knee back some. I am still at a loss of what to do for it, as are PT and Doctors
