We are almost at the start of our summer and so looking forward to it. Although our spring days are very pleasant :)

My operated leg felt much longer for the first few weeks, but it's settled down and seems normal now....I hope your does too xxx

Hi all just wanted to let all the newbies know that the BS mantra is no joke. I'm currently paying for doing too much too soon. When they say take it slow they really mean it.

At PT with the TENS unit on my lower back and just had massage on the whole side of my thigh. Going to be cutting way back on my activities. Hanging my head

Hanging my head
Awww don't hang your head...we've all done it...
Your head says you can do it....but your body has other thoughts!
Happy Turkey Day!
Annie

anniemg you have a great Turkey day too. I think as ladies we're just not used to slowing down. To me it's just regular every day activities. I will scale back on pt. Stick to walking as Josephine says until the muscles and tendons calm down.

You are so right Gs mom......following the rules on BS is the only way. ....until I found Bonesmart I was beating myself up about not doing enough/ doing too much.....you have to listen to your body, only do as much as you need to and no more...it works!!!! Chrissie xxx

when folks finally realize that the BoneSmart mantras are the real deal and recovery becomes much easier and much more pleasant when they are followed to the letter. Keep up the good work.

Thanks guys, PT today was gentle stretching. I've scaled way back. Bicycling with the noodle in the pool doesn't seem to aggravate it. Slowly.... and for just 30 minutes.

During the day I have to repeatedly tell myself not to do too much. You never really realize how active you are untill you have to take it slow. I'm learning to be more patient every day. Not my strong suit, but my body tells me when I'm not

Thanks to all the Bonesmarties, for your invaluable experience.
