You guys are truly to kind. I appreciate the kind comments and encouragement. This past week I was definitely experiencing some down and blue days. The cold is passing and finally I am able to cough everything up and out.
Recovery seems to be back on track. The PT stopped by Friday and said I look really good with my movement and flexibility, despite the cold setback. I am continuing to use my cane and am even having some natural tendencies to get up and move without it which is encouraging for me. I look forward to getting after it this week and doing my exercises, within moderation of course.
