Revised PKR to TKR Patellofemoral PKR with Ehlers Danlos hypermobility

As I continue to rehab my foot from surgery, have noticed pain and tenderness on my inner knee—the lower inner quadrant. It’s also swollen though hard to tell if it’s more swollen than usual. It has been about 9 months since the knee replacement and 3 months since foot surgery. Any ideas on what could be causing the knee pain? Picture shows the painful area. Took the pic after exercising on stationary cycle so the redness was more pronounced.

@Mochapup, did you have foot surgery? If so, what was the date of your surgery. We need to add that to your signature.

Since you are a Basic member, we can not address your knee problems. Basic BoneSmart membership does not include access to all areas or the ability to perform some functions on the forum. For a more complete BoneSmart experience that includes the ability to start your own threads and have discussions with members and staff regarding your specific questions and concerns, please consider joining the Insiders Club. In addition to opening access to all forum features, the Insiders Club also offers services such as assistance in finding a surgeon, helpful downloads, and access to our BoneSmart Library of videos and in-depth articles to help you successfully navigate your joint journey.

Basic BoneSmart membership enables you to post “on-topic” comments in existing threads on the forum. To address your foot surgery, it would need to be posted in the Other Joints Thread. You can not to that as a Basic Member. Only members of the Insiders Club are able to address new questions or provide updates on their own situation for discussion with other members and staff.
