Update. 6 weeks out now. Got to 122 ROM, so happy! My PT said basically we're done here and gave me a list of exercises and stretches to do every other day. I go to my Dr. on Friday, hopefully he tells me to "go to town" and do everything and anything I can and want to do. Will see! Obviously still have pain and discomfort but I just push the limits and try to keep progressing. Hope to be back on the golf course in a couple months.
