i hope your knee is getting better. I also had some problems with my right knee and did some gentle stretching and even some exercises with elastic band whilst sitting! But they did work and the swimming is now really helping. Hopefully "all" you did was twist it in Aerobics. Hopefully the ice will help. I was getting a lot of pain going downstairs with my knee but it is much better now. Fingers crossed for you!
