Here is my newest "creative tattoo". My doctor used the existing scar from meniscus surgery in 1975 and PKR in 2003, I have nicknamed it the zipper.

4-28-14 BTKR. 6-9-14: Last scabs from incisions and staples have fallen out.

Hi all...I'm past my nine weeks recovery now and finding an increased mobility to the point of being able to walk my dog for an hour most days. So happy..even went for a ride on a friends Ducati Monday to a country pub for lunch. I feel alive again. No looking back.will keep checking in with milestones. Thanks so much for your support. I've put two more friends onto this site.
