Hello all, so glad I found this site! I am scheduled for LTHR July 15th. The hip issue came as a total surprise so this is all new to me...I think I have lots of questions...

July 8 for me! Dr. Alexander Gordon from IL Bone and Joint will be doing my surgery. I will start my own thread shortly. Since I am vegan, I am working hard to get enough protein and iron!

bon > Just cut up a bunch of kale & chard for a potluck salad...there's some iron!! I'm July 10th w/Dr. Huddleston at Stanford Univ. Pre-op is Monday morning. Woo-Hoo!!! W'ell be on the same path around the same time. Though, I eat animal produt
