Had a good day:spin: it was a bit emotional as I finally received my urn necklace with my sweet friend Paula's ashes in it:flwrysmile: she was my biggest cheerleader and my strongest supporter , without her I would not have fought as hard as I did for my new hip . She was the strongest woman I have ever known and now I owe it to her to heal from this and come out of this better than ever:friends:

So happy things are easing off, and I hope today is a Good Day!

    Yes!! Most everyone notices that.
It felt like golfball size to me, with the firmness of a tennis ball :heehee: I over analyzed it, lol.
It can last for quite awhile.
    Have a great Saturday!

And I thought it was in my head and that I was just imagining things. @Ryesgma i actually mentioned to my husband today that every time I sat I thought I could feel the hip and wondered if it was because I had a boney bum with even less 'padding' since the surgery!

Yep, I have that too! I keep thinking I am sitting on something and then realize it's me. Anyone know how long it takes this sensation to go away???

That sensation was pretty prevalent for the first 7 to 8 weeks, but would come back from time to time.
Wish I could tell you why.
