I know not all surgeries go well, and that there’s no guarantee for future incidents, but these procedures really enhanced my life and made me a happier person. I still smile sometimes when I squat down to pick something up or take two stairs at a time (something I hadn’t done in a few years). It’s the little things…

This says it all. I still grin and marvel almost daily when I do something a little more strenuous and the hips are co-operating. What a great time we live in.
