I won't need the down coat. It will be 85 and 86 Mon and Tues..hottest of the summer or close to it.
Kept busy running around , picking blueberries, visiting with neighbors, trying to teach the dog to not pull on the leash on a walk and reunited a lost kayak with its errant owner.

Tomorrow out to breakfast and buying steamers and lobster for daughter #2 who is taking the first Mommy Sitting shift.. If Daughter #1 finds out, hubby will have to go out later in the week and procure more crustaceans. If Daughter #2 keeps mouth shut maybe #1 will never find out.. probably not happening.

Meanwhile this evening I am finishing knitting a winter hat.. Yes the maples are turning and the sumac already did. And a neighbor dumped five summer squash ( they look like baseball bats) on the stoop.. I don't like them really but... summer squash bread?
