TKR Dem Dry Bones

Just a little update- 4 and a half months after TRKR. Last night I went to Wal Mart and shopped for a little over an hour. No pain. I honestly do not remember the last time that I could stand and walk that long. Praise the Lord for my knee knees! I still have pain in the quads when I rise from a seated position, but it is s-l-o-w-l-y getting better. I have returned to work part time and am doing well. I so appreciate Josephine and all of the supportive Bonesmarties!
