Doctors frequently know the wording needed to get what you want from your insurance company. Talk to him about it. Sometimes it's a simple as a letter from the doctor stating the issues.

Hi Kim, Glad to hear about your progress! But amusement park? Be nice to yourself and don't over do, it only sets us back. Maybe I'm a baby, but I won't even consider and amusement park, not even a small one.
