What a different experience this time. Other than the horrid wait everything has gone like clockwork. Surgeon orders immediate elevation. I insisted on a catheter as they aren't letting me up before tomorrow. Incision is only 4 inches long - lateral so no lying on it. Tea and toast and a sandwich were uninteresting but ate anyway. Best of all slept through it all. My only worry is apparently my Jerry cat is very sick. So worried. Thanks for all you positive vibes. Tomorrow I am hoping for laps down the hall in my BoneSmart t-shirt.

@ Jaycey, what a great first day! I had a catheter, drain, and IV but they brought me trays of food. They also made me walk in my room.

What's up with Jerry?? Is he really sick or just missing you?? Banjo gets the blues away from me but cures with one glimpse of my face. ???

BS t-shirts ?? I'm almost afraid to ask.
