THR Advice please for groin spasms

Update from having pop in hip. Started seeing an osteopath for the sciatica. Two sessions in and already helping. Also, pulled my hip every which way and said its solid. Phew. Doing gentle exercises that get better results than physio. Very easy to do. Said physio exercises pushed me too far too soon.!!! Physio told me seated bike was useless for hip replacement, osteopath has me using twice a day. Got to build my muscles back up. Can already feel thigh muscles coming back. Will keep seeing him weekly for a while, then have top ups when needed. Anxiety over hip gone. For me personally, I have achieved more progress in 2 weeks than ever did with physio.

@Janiebee1 that is great news that the Osteopath has helped you get some much needed relief. And unfortunately, sometimes we're are own worst enemies, either overdoing or over thinking. It always puts your mind at ease when they confirm that hip is good and solid.

Dear Elf1
Thank you. Yes, certainly am own worst enemy sometimes x
