TKR 6 weeks in but NO energy

However still have that tightness of feeling like a strap and soreness. Doctor says it could well be scar tissue. For those of you that have experienced the same does it ever go away or do I just have to learn to live with it?

That tight feeling will gradually go away. As the others said, it can linger for quite a long time. It will fade gradually, until one day you'll realise it isn't there any more. It's a nuisance, but it's not significant.
