AustraliaSo what kind of exercises have you been doing and how much/often/frequently? I ask because contrary to popular belief, hips actually don't need all that much exercising and do well on just normal daily activities and walks. They will quite happily work things out for themselves if givem half a chance but the sad thing is that people often don't give them a chance and end up getting all sorts of tendinitis type things.but the pain in my groin can be from all the rehab and exercise i have been doing
Very true ....it can also be from the change in my gait, because after 8 years i am finally walking normally.
Even more true and diclofenac is one of the worst! Read this NSAIDs, acetaminophen (Tylenol, paracetamol) differences and dangers. After all I've read, I now never take any form of NSAIDs and advise anyone and everyone not to take them as well. It's just not worth the risk. Why not take paracetamol instead? It's actually not only safer than NSAIDs but a lot more effective too. Details are in the article.I really hate taking NSAIDs and am worried about the long term effects it will have on my health.

AustraliaThought so. I am very sorry to have to tell you that this is pretty characteristic of arthritis in the joint. So no more 'enthusiastic' gym work and go see your orthopaedic surgeon again and see what's what. It's not at all uncommon for people to have both hips go so don't despair and don't think it's 'your fault' either. It's just what nature (your body) has decided is your fate.quite a bit and the pain is mostly sharp and stabbing in ER3F. I can also feel it in my glute CR5B and and CR6B
