Hello all! When I heard all elective surgeries were cancelled I thought I would be waiting until next year to have the surgery. Then they started again just a week ago, thinking there would be a long backlog to ensure those waiting longest would have priority. Was so surprised to learn schedule was open any time as of now. I booked my right hip replacement for June 23.

Total hip replacement, right side, June 22, 2020

I've been limping and moving stiffly for a couple of years! When I finally saw the orthopedic doctor, the xray clearly showed that I needed the surgery. I made the decision on the spot to go ahead with it, and I can't wait to have the surgery! I don't know why I was in denial for so long that something wasn't normal.

Hi all! I am in my early 50s fulltime employed and I am scheduled for right anterior hip surgery on June 25th in a Outpatient setting!
