Hi. My TKR is scheduled for 11/11. I'm a little scared because I'm 43 and people seem to think I'm crazy for being "too young" to have this done... I don't mind the young part

Please add me to the list - 9 November. I had my right knee done 21 October last year and spent a lot of time in my chair reading Bonesmart while I iced my knee. Hoping this one goes as well as the last one.

Not sure if I'm posting correctly in the right place. Anyway, I'm brand new and having a left TKR on 4 November. The surgeon's office rescheduled it from 21 October to that date--bummer since it's my birthday
Anyway, I'm doing my exercises and reading the book Total Knee Replacement and Rehabilitation that was recommended here somewhere. Have picked up a lot of good advice from this site and the book so that helps. I'm a retired SICU nurse so I'm pretty familiar and comfortable with hospitals but it's different when you're the patient LOL

You are a few years older than me and I'll have had both of mine done while I'm 39. I am so glad that I had the first one done, and I'm sure I'll feel the same about the right one. It's nice to get them done when we are young enough to enjoy them, right?

Hello! I am brand-spanking new to Bonesmart. I have a right knee TKR scheduled for November 18th. I've had scopes done on both knees, but this will be my first TKR. Kind of nervous...

I am scheduled for knee replacement surgery on November 1. Guess I'm at the head of the November lineup. I am concerned about how much assistance I may need post op. I know I will learn quickly. Please sign me up for the November Nimbles.
