Hi poppet, no I haven't seen my surgeon yet but I have been to my gp who sent me for X-rays and ultrasounds. Everything appears to be ok I'm just a bit tender and very bruised!
Hello everyone, I have been MIA for nearly 12 months now but just thought I would pop in and have a read.
My story is that I had a TLHR on march 1st 2012 so I'm well over 12 months post op. everything has been going along fantastically I can walk totally unaided and relatively pain free...
I guess because I have felt so well and can walk now better then I have in probably the last 5 years I'm taking for granted that I should just be able to do things and not have pain. I will heed your advice Jo and take it easier. Thank you all so much, goodness knows where I would be without...
Thanks for that suggestion Sandy, I will look into it....I'm willing to give anything a go at this point :)

Hi Diane, Cathy and Sandy,

Hey Donnie,
So pleased to hear you are doing so well, my work colleagues said the exact same thing about the pain face. I use to try and plaster a happy face on each morning but apparently I didn't do it well where as these days I can't stop smiling :)
Sandy was spot on in saying we go back...
