Can you take Tylenol with ibuprofen as I use the ibuprofen for the pain in my other knee too?

You don't have to as one medication will deal with both sites. You know, when you take a pill, it doesn't think to itself "Ah! I'm for the right knee" and just go there! The meds spread all around your body.

I meant to say I use the ibuprofen for inflamation for arthritus.
