Hi...the site has been a great help to me as well. My wife refers to my bed as the pillow palace. We are sleeping separately for now in that she's scared to run into me and hurt me. has nothing to do with the snoring....
But i have about 6 pillows on the bed, with one between my knees, and multiples around me to shore me up. My hips were both done posterior so different from you, but the idea is the same. Right hip done the same day as you. Find a comfortable spot and stick with it! By the way, i had a heel sore with my first hip-right THR- so this time i got a pair of sheepskin booties that cradle the heel. Voila, no problem with that! Good luck.
