Shoulder Issues

I’m trying to avoid “tackling this with PT” as I no longer trust them after my knee experience.

I also have occasional pain in front, like you describe. I’m trying to be really careful not to upset my shoulder any further.

Just posted on shoulder forum and in looking through this, I find my post from 2018 related to my shoulder! I guess it has been going on for awhile!
