THR Pain 2 years post op

I am experiencing pain in my surgical hip when sitting on a hard surface. It’s like I am sitting on a rock. Is there something wrong? What should I do?

The date of your surgery and on which hip?
How was your initial recovery?
When did this problem start?
Have you seen your surgeon and had Xrays since the problem started?

Pain in the butt when sitting is common, usually comes on pretty early. My guess would be something associated with the piriformis muscle. There are stretches to help with it you just have to stretch easy and carefully.
