Poppet and Tibs just waiting for the physio and dr to give me the ok. Have to do the stairs first. Have had a shower and am dressed so feeling human now. Have walked the length of the corridor, resting now just on panadol. Dr just gave me the ok to go.

Hi Poppet and Tibs had a reasonable night but needed my heat pack for aching backin the middle of the night, not a good thing for your back, lying around when you are not used to it. Heat pack does the job and have electric blanket on it now. No pain from hip. My cat has just joined me in bed

Love it that the cat has joined you, they seem to know when we are not feeling well. No hip pain, that is so good, you will be feeling so much better each day, can't wait to join you on this side, for this time at least, it must be a nice feeling after the second one is done. Hugsxx

Hi Tibs have my grandson here with me as he has a pupil free day today, he is my slave for the day. Will ph you later after he has gone home. It's lovely having it all over with, no pain in hip am icing ATM, just some pain in my lower leg, hubby has put some Elmore oil on it and it seems to have helped. Not going to get dressed today as still feel a bit wonky, have left electric blanket on one so I can pop back into bed if necessary. Hope you have managed to put some food in the freezer, talk later. Hi Poppet Haven't had a good day, very upset tummy this afternoon, every time I sat down I had to get up and go again, probably 16 times, has worn me out. Raspberry cordial, dry nibbles and greek yoghurt tonight, just a little. Hope I will feel better tomorrow hope your day was good, have spoken to Tibs and she is all prepared for her big day tomorrow

Hi Ann wigmar sorry I didn't log on last night or check my emails - tough day at the office as they say!

I would stay away from anything dairy and the cordial while your tummy is upset and maybe just have dry rice crackers and perhaps lemonade. Also try some water with fresh lemon juice in it. It will alkalize your cells. Just sip it through out the day.

If the nausea and the other end continues, I would suggest that you ring your GP. You don't want that going on for too long - but it will pass hon... Promise

Ok guys have continuing tummy pains and loose bowel motions, have been to dr and he has sent a sample off to be analysed, sure didn't expect this. My hip has been hurting at the back all day not sure if I slept strangely, hope it improves tomorrow. so nice Tibs that you are finally out of bed. @ Poppet will ph you tomorrow if that's ok.
