Happy Three Month Anniversary!
I hope the knee pain you were experiencing mid January has eased some as your Left hip continues to heal.

Hello Layla. Thanks for your concern. The left hip is doing great. I even forget about having it replaced pretty often. But the right knee is still sore when bending it. No progress. The surgeon says that he thinks the right knee pain is being referred from the right hip, which is bad and is scheduled to be replaced in about 6 weeks. I am not convinced of this referred pain diagnosis.

Sorry to read that the right knee is bothering you -- but hope your upcoming right hip replacement will help. Please do give us the date of that surgery so we can add it to your signature.

Thanks for the response, Gibsco. I am sorry you're still dealing with pain.
I think it's encouraging that your surgeon suspects the discomfort is referred pain from your right hip.
Let's hope he is right and as you recover from your upcoming THR, your knee pain eases also.
I do hope you'll consider becoming an Insider as you face another surgery and recovery. I wish lots of comfort you for both knee and hip as you await your THR surgery in April.
