hi everyone and thanks so much for the replies , all of your help is great i think i just need a little push to tell me i am doing the right thing going ahead and having it done, bottomshollow the picture is very adapt as that is me at the end of the day lol , i think im just really scared and the lady the other day just comfirmed my fears of my main worries i think
i also think im worried how long it will take me to get back to my horsey life and be able to do the things like cleaning stables lifting heavy bales of hay , water lifting heavy wheelbarrows so on and so on without having to ask other people for help all the time although i know they would i managed a litte ride the other day on weds only walk and a little trot and i am still paying for it today

so i dont aggravate my hip ,now i am sad ,
i must admit the hip does look a little swollen which seems to extend up over the outer hip as far as the point of the pelvis bones ,i think my tear has also been aggravated bad groin pain today
they want me to do the exercises as they are what will be given after the replacement anyway apparently one step forward 6 steps back
