I am having the spacer replaced on my 10 year old TKR. My parts are intact but the spacer has worn and loosened. I am a very active person (tennis, golf, pickleball, walking). Does anyone have a sense of what the recovery time will be for this - when can I resume sporting activities?

Hi Nanner,
Welcome to BoneSmart! Thanks for joining us. Please provide the exact date of your surgeries, naming the procedure and identifying which leg it was. We will create a signature for you with this info.

I will leave some pre-op reading for you and depending upon whether you have a date scheduled, some of it may still apply. I will also leave a link to other revision threads for you to read through if interested, but each revision is unique to the person and their circumstances, so keep that in mind. I am sure you'll receive other replies here so I will leave you with best wishes for a successful surgery and uneventful recovery. Take Good Care!
