I am writing to give a 3 year follow-up since my medial pka. I just ran another marathon and have completed 3 marathons this past year with my best time being 4:15. I have also completed 3 half marathons and ran 2740 miles total since my surgery. I have played full court basketball 104 times for about 1 hour each. No pain before, during or after the marathon! I feel blessed to have such good results. Just wanting to post this as it is the type of news I wanted to see before I had surgery.
