Knee numbness okay?

I also have numbness on the outside of my right knee and I had my surgery in May. I imagine it will stay like that now since I don't get any of those little "electric shock" things I used to, which I understand is the nerves healing. But, it's a small price to pay for the new knee.

Well, you guys and gals are definitely a caring bunch! Thanks so much for all your posts. I've been put completely at ease about the numbness...besides, there's so much more to think about...like getting those knees flexing--ugh! Thanks again, all!
