@Josephine thank you! OS just said take tylenol as needed. I am 15 weeks post op would like to be cutting back on the meds. I dont have pain except when grabby nerve like pain happens. I describe it like Guitar string that all of a sudden become misaligned and would cut into one another, causing a sudden and sharp PAIN. Luckily not constant pain, fortunately, but the randomness of it scares me. Mostly happens if ANY side pressure.
I really like your med schedule though and will try a modified one with less tramadol.
