Drug Testing

My job subjects me to random drug tests. Years go by and you are never called. One week before my hip replacement surgery in December I got called down for a test and now, one week after coming back, I got called again. Isn't that strange? My coworkers and I don't think the test is quite so random because out of the thousands of employees, why would three of us in our office have to report at exactly the same time today? Now I'm used to going to the restroom with my female friends but never with the guys like today! :whis:

No one called me for narcotics usage prior to surgery so I'm guessing it will be the same this time.

No, they weren't actually IN the bathroom but right outside waiting their turn. I was lucky that it was a guy administering the test so I was in the room by myself but I noticed he stayed in the bathroom with my coworkers. One of my coworkers is young and he had quite the 4-day weekend partying and was a little worried about that but I don't think alcohol is a problem.

I had a drug test within a couple of weeks of returning from my first knee replacement too. Those are the only times I've ever been called. Really, I need to play the lottery because I always get called for Jury Duty too. I do well with all these random selections.
