It sounds like it was way too early for you to try that yet. I hope you'll be OK tonight and tomorrow. You might find that you'll have to do extra icing and elevating for the next few days.

Rode 16 miles and climbed a little over 1200 ft. the other day. Payed for it the next day or so. Felt good to be back on the road though.
