So interesting to read all the different recovery stories, I especially like your's @Bone Spur .

Please understand that I think I am an anomaly in regards to my recovery. Don't take my results and compare them to yours. Everyone is different and have different circumstances. There are different doctors, procedures, and hospitals so results will vary. Just keep working hard on the plan your doctor or PT has given you. Best wishes on your recovery.

@Bone Spur I think it's great that you get to be an anomaly and not suffer any more than you have to. After having 7 previous surgeries on my right knee, we knew to expect nothing simple or fast--not just surgically but also in terms of PT/rehab and range of motion. We are all so different, and I think it's wonderful everyone doesn't suffer endlessly or take forever to return to normal activities. :)

@Bone Spur - you going to answer my questions? Pwease?
If you've changed your mind, that's okay - but just let me know one way or the other.

@Josephine
1. Pain level is mostly 0
2. Percocet 7.5/425. Take only before PT. Also taking Tylenol when I get achy
3. Moderate swelling and bruising is fading
4. At PT on Monday, May 27th ROM 120 and extension zero
5. Icing twice a day
6. Elevating Everytime I sit down
7. I am walking with no walker or cane. Light activity
8.During all exercises I was assigned at the hospital and from PT. Two sessions a week.

Let me know if this is what you want to know.

Josephine will want each of your exercises listed and how many of those you are doing. You need to do those in a list and not in a paragraph.

It sounds like you are doing super for 9 days out!

Okay. I will get all of that back to you. Sorry for the delay.
