Rotator Cuff Repair Bicep droop

@jss …. Do you have some personal experience that would suggest the cervical spine might be an issue for this member?

@Jamie, certainly I wouldn't know the root cause of the pain. I have had three cervical spine surgeries, and know that arm pain as well as sensory and/or motor impairment of the arm and hand are common with pathologies of the cervical spine. As there is a lot of overlap of wishihad's symptoms and the symptoms of cervical spine issues, it came to mind.

Thank you. If you’re relating your suggestion to your own experiences, it’s a good idea to say that in your posts. Otherwise we consider these comments to be medical advice from one member to another and that’s something we don’t allow on the forum. I appreciate your clarification.

Hi. I tore my bicep tendon and I have a bit of a Popeye look. And from my research they really can't fix it. Some surgeons may try but most of the time the surgery doesn't come out very well. It may look better but you will feel tight because they basically have to cut the damaged part of the tendon off and then suture it so the tendon is now shorter. So my decision for myself is to leave it. Also I had rotator cuff surgery so because I have not gotten into my strengthening phase yet my under arm sags if I flex like a body builder pose but that should get better when I build up muscle tone. Maybe it will be the same for you. Hope so. Good luck
