Yes, the important thing is whether you're able to do the things you want/need to do.

@Veronica777 You're doing just fine, and receiving excellent advice. Regarding hemoglobin, when I was in the hospital (LTKR) I was given an iron pill daily. In fact, in the meeting with anesthesiologist two weeks prior to surgery, the doctor started me on an iron supplement because he said I looked a bit pale. I do think it raises havoc with your stomach, but hey, so do the anti-inflammatory meds etc. I'm on Tramadol and I don't honestly know the effect this can have on the stomach. Just don't be too far from the toilet and plan ahead when possible. I will have my first OP blood analysis done on Monday so will be able to see hemoglobin level. My primary doctor also recommended staying on iron supplement for 2 to 3 months, take the pill with a meal.
Regarding ROM, with my first knee op, the PT would only eyeball the ROM and I'm one of those sorts who likes to see progress and chart results. It made me crazy without real facts, so I bought my on goniometer, probably readily available on ebay. People fall into the category of needing facts, and there are others who are satsified with the eyeball approach. Do what suits you best.

Hi @Veronica777
Where I do pt, some measure and the one guy that I have goes by sight. Not sure what my ROM is at the moment. He says I'm doing so much better so I'm fine with it.

Don't worry about the numbers---let the PT's obsess about it---they tend to be a very quantitative lot.

I like your PT's attitude---he is different than the other PT's---and he is right---you are doing just fine!
