    @Jammy The L5 controls mostly everything from the waist down. Stenosis, or compression, is real and likely the culprit for your weird feelings. In my case, a laminectomy improved the situation considerably.

    I am now 2 months in from my Aug 14 back surgery! Glad to say everything is great! Pre surgery symptoms are mostly gone. Playing pickleball without any limitations. No pain. Couldn’t be happier! Will post update at 9 months on my TKR.
