There is a store pretty close to the hotel, very well priced. I can't remember the name but if you take a left out of the hotel go to the light and take a right it is right there on the left. Thanks LauraLeigh. I have iced for about five hours off and on since I got home, and most of the swelling is gone down. I am laying in bed watching walking dead on Netflix elevated and icing. Bilateral TKR I had both knees tkr and am struggling
Perry, maybe you can ask your doctor about hydrocodone. I took the 7.5/325 acetaminophen along with flexeril. I didn't have much problem with constipation and no adverse side effects of the drugs. Like icep states, ice and elevation along with lots of rest is your best friend. I am six weeks out...- warriors42

Today I spent the better part of 8 hours on the go. Took a two and a half hour road trip, hour of PT, and shopping. Got a little sore and swollen, but for the most part I feel great. If I could give any advice it would be follow the mantra here. elevate, ice, rest, pretend its your favorite song...- warriors42
