Revision THR Hip revision
Hi all, post OP visit with the surgeon went well, the double mobility hip revision is sore and limping still but able to walk without a cane, hopefully this one will last.- Tidy101

Yes, Thinking this is what my surgeon is referring too. He decided to go with this for more stability I think. Been a week since my revision on Left hip. I have the double ball joint and a longer stem. So far it's doing well, pain minimal, really stiff. I've not been walking much but can with cane. Therapy starting tomorrow. Worried about this one not healing right. Stem was loose on last one but overall...- Tidy101

Well had the revision done on April 9th 2019. From the loose stem,only a year ago from first, Everything went well ,they said it was a longer stem and he put some kind of double ball joint in it .the surgeon said it should this time work well for me. I will be having a left hip revision in April. Just had a total hip replacement in March 2018 on the same hip.
