2014 October Feisties - Are you having knee surgery in October?
I'm having my second TKR (right knee) on October 14. My left knee TKR was done on January 5, 2014 and is doing great with full ROM.- Robo37

Aqua Therapy
I'm almost 5 weeks post op and I plan to begin using our local pool beginning next month. They have several great classes including "water walking" and "strengthening and balance" that I plan to take. I took these classes for several months before my tkr and they helped a lot.- Robo37

Ready to cancel surgery!
Hi Karen, I'm having surgery on my left knee Tuesday, 1-7 and I think it's normal to be a little scared before surgery.
