I had a cryocuff and I consider it a must. Sleeping was the most difficult part of my rehab. After awhile I realized going to sleep with that on would get me to fall asleep while the ice melted. My pain level wasn't high, but it was enough to keep me from falling asleep.
I would definitely find another doctor. I get it they want to try everything before replacement, especially with younger patients but it is lousy being stuck with the pain in the meantime. Good luck Tim
I never did update this with my surgery. I did get the partial knee replacement done on 8-23-18. I am very pleased with how it went. I was off crutches within 4 days, and went back to work at 4 weeks. Having this surgery done is the best thing I have done for this knee in awhile. I was surprised...

My acl's were done with my own platelar grafts. I'm told my acl is still tight, but the screw that originally attached it to the femur was out and floating in the back of the knee. We removed the screw in May of this year, but it did not stop the internal bleeding problem I'm having...
Hi,
I'm new here. Im getting the lateral side of my left knee replaced August 23rd. I'm trying to get a idea how rehab will be on this. I have had both acl's reconstructed about 20 yrs ago
