@kneeper -I don't think my PT has a super ice cuff as they would have brought it out and used by now. They have these huge flexible ice mats that mold around any joint and they use those at the end of the session. @Spider -Tylenol PM is just Tylenol-acetaminophen and Benadryl-an antihistamine. The Benadryl tends to make a lot of people sleepy.- DanaDelight
