Good luck with your surgery. Can I ask what symptoms you experienced? I just had xray, at it showed the prosthetic may have loosened.

I saw one, but far away. Going really fast. Always a magnificent sight, and it gets me every time how enormous they are.

    TKR Birdwatcher's recovery thread

Saturday morning, I am preparing for going out on a hike today. Packed food and tea in my old backpack, hoping to spot the White-tailed eagles that lives around there. They usually hunt in an other area, actually quit far away from their territory, but their nest is in this area, så they are...

I really have to concentrate when I walk and stand, but when I do, it's much better. I also limped for several months, wasn't even aware of it until I saw it in a video.

    TKR 8 months after TKR

hi rmc. Are you standing more than 1 hour, or walking around? I had tkr march 2020, and standing for longer periods, is really a knee-killer for me. Especially on a hard floor, shopping center, etc. Much better when I hike and keep the knee moving. I think you should try to rest once every...

    TKR Birdwatcher's recovery thread

I am so sorry if I discouraged you. I may not have thought it through before posting it. I don't know if the recovery will be prolonged if the knee is in a worse state. It is possible. My husband works with patients like us and older, he drives them to PT etc. He often tells me about elderly...

So, today we are going to a holidayhouse for a week. Very excited about that. It is close by, so maybe it is silly of me getting so excited, but well covid sure made the level go down, for how much it would take to make life exciting *laughing My knee is behaving well. Though I still have...
